Kathy Wilson

I'm Kathy Wilson, an experienced insurance agent located in Iron Mountain, MI. I have resided in Iron Mountain for more than 20 years. In 1987, I graduated from Bradley University with a science degree from my hometown of Peoria, Ill. Most of my adult career has been centered on the medical industry. I was a pharmaceutical sales representative for five years before managing a dental office for 15 years.

From my experience, both professionally and personally, I have seen the value of adequate medical insurance as well as asset protection. Now, as an independent insurance agent, I strive to provide my clients with reliable, current information about health insurance, life insurance, and annuities to better protect their personal and financial security.

Michael Marana

I'm Michael Marana, an experienced insurance agent in Negaunee, Michigan. I am a licensed property, casualty, life, accident, health, and annuities agent. In addition, I also am a mortgage loan originator through Rocket Mortgage. I received my bachelor of science degree in commerce and business administration, finance, and investment management from the University of Alabama in 2015.

Shortly after graduating from college, I started Michael Marana - State Farm, a State Farm agency in Negaunee, MI, operating from September 2016 to July 2021. On July 12, 2021, I merged with my mother and started Marana Insurance Agency, LLC. I will work from Iron Mountain and Negaunee and will provide insurance advice for health, Medicare, and life insurance solutions. 

My passion has always been finance, and I am dedicated to making insurance solutions simple for families and retirees. My goal is to get to know my clients on a personal basis so that I can tailor their health and financial protection to best meet their individual situations and goals. My mother and I are a creative team and will look for solutions to get the best value for our clients.
